ALL details including the three part test will be delivered to you once your payment goes through.
The test itself will take you no more than an hour or two depending on your time schedule.
Q: What is required to pass the testing?
A: The testing is based on basic build knowledge, customer care and a image upload section so you can upload one of your recent builds via the instructions during testing. All you need to do is get 90% right (most will get between 97% and up) to pass. If you fail, you will be shown the correct answers, then given guidance, then you will be allowed to take the test again.
Q: What happens if I fail the test?
A: The first two parts will show you what you missed once you submit your final answers. We will then reach out to you to make sure you get those answers right. For the images, we will inspect your work and either consider it passed, or offer suggestions so you will pass.
Q: How long does the test take?
A: Approximate test time is 1-2 hours. The first part is 112 multiple choice questions, the second is 50 questions and a very short four-part written part, while the third part is simply uploading images of one or more of your builds. The total time could be anywhere between an hour to two hours depending on what speed you wish to take the test.
Q: What happens after the test is complete and I pass?
A: You will hear back from Adam personally within 72 hours with your results. Then, you will be given a badge number, .png image of the badge that you can use for your website or social media, a certificate of completion, and a form to fill out for your spot on the TWBC website, which will profile your name, business, and any links you wish to share.
