Returns

If you've like a refund, you have 14 days from the day of your purchase (if applicable via that program and/or product). Logos, Logo Reveal Videos, Specialized Videos, Websites, and all other graphic products are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refund information may be described on each program/product’s exclusive sales page. Many programs and products sold by Horology Hub, LLC are NON REFUNDABLE. Any recurring payment product such as the Mastermind or any product in monthly installments is NON REFUNDABLE.

For any product/program that IS refundable, you must email us at adam@horologyhub.com with the words “Refund Request” in the subject line of your e-mail. Include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can produce a refund.

To serve you and other customers better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund.

We want satisfied customers.

Refunds will be completed within 4-10 business days.

Marketing Joint Ventures

During joint ventures (JVs) such as having Horology Hub, LLC post your pictures (that you provide directly through the Mastermind Membership page) on their Instagram account, Facebook page, or other social, online, or offline mediums, you hereby are giving Horology Hub, LLC full right to use your images as they see fit for the purpose of supportive marketing and related joint venture exposure.

Fraud and Theft

Our goal is to see ever single transaction completed in a satisfactory fashion for our clients. With this said, please be aware that Horology Hub, LLC has their own IN HOUSE investigative staff that overlooks each transaction for authenticity and security purposes. If at any time a flag is raised from your purchase such as invalid address, suspicious paypal accounts, mismatched information, or any other suspicious activity, you may be contacted before we ship (or email) your purchase for verification. We also find it very important that you communicate with us if we reach out to you via email or phone call. This ensures we know who you are and can get your purchase to you safely and in a timely manor. Lastly, please be aware that we DO work with local law enforcement across the US and WILL prosecute against fraudulent purchases at the highest level possible.

Payment

All payments are through Paypal. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express can also be processed through Paypal.

Immediate payment is required. If you want to combine shipping on multiple purchases, please contact us before processing payment.

Sales tax of 6% may be charged for physical purchases.

Items will only be shipped once payment has been confirmed as received.

DISCOUNTS AND MEMBER PRIVILEGES

Once you are a Horology Hub, LLC paid member, you will receive discounts on several on almost any future creations such as, audio albums, ebooks, books, lectures and more. This is Adam’s way of thanking you for becoming a Horology Hub, LLC Member.

TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT

Please understand that if a client sends us a logo or design that holds a current copyright or trademark, and we manufacture that design into an asset for you, we are in no way responsible for any damages that may occur during the use, sharing, or displaying of your product.

EBOOKs, AUDIO COURSES, TRAINING ASSETS, CHATROOM AND COMMENT/POST TRANSCRIPTS

Each chatroom session and/or Post/Comment thread discussion may be recorded and/or transcribed into adobe pdf, Microsoft Word, or other electronic formats. These transcripts will be 100% owned by Horology Hub, LLC and placed on the Horology Hub, LLC website for participant views. ALL names will be changed for privacy unless a pseudonym (screen name, etc) is used. These transcripts and/or ebooks or other electronic publications, may not be shared, copied, to anyone via electronic, or any other duplication methods. The public may have access to these transcripts/works whether to purchase, or download at the sole discretion of Horology Hub, LLC . All transcripts and/or post comments and any other related content of this website, whether written or published by anyone other than Horology Hub, LLC or related parties, is the 100% intellectual property of Horology Hub, LLC. Many of the transcripts and/or post comments may be used for future products in which 100% of the profits shall be retained by Horology Hub, LLC . By making a comment or post on this site, this serves as acknowledgement that you’ve read, understood, and accepted the disclaimer.

Horology Hub Training and Consulting Assets Disclaimer

All training materials and related Horology Hub assets, including but not limited to audio, video, PDFs, documents, chatroom sessions, and any other form of training communications, are the exclusive property of Horology Hub, LLC. By accessing these materials, you agree not to share, copy, distribute, or transmit these assets by any means, whether digital, physical, or otherwise, without prior written consent from Horology Hub. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of any paid material outside of our designated group constitutes a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action. Horology Hub reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies for such violations, including but not limited to monetary damages, injunctive relief, and legal fees.

Forum and Certification

The private Horology Hub Forum is ONLY for those who have an active, paid membership. No refunds will be paid on any payments, but if you choose to cancel your current membership will run until the time as it has run out.

Certification means that you have completed, and passed, the Trusted Watch Builder Certification course. Although the private forum training is optional, it is recommended that you sign up for the forum for at least thirty to ninety days so that you may reap the benefits of the certification training.

If you become certified and it's been proven that you have neglected your Clients and/or services provided via your pledge, you will lose your certification credibility and you will be removed from the TrustedWatchBuilders.com website.

Trusted Watch Builder (TWBC) Disclaimer Addendum

Certification Limitations & Liability

Trusted Watch Builder Certification (TWBC) is a skills-based certification program created and managed by Horology Hub, LLC. The program is designed to assess a candidate’s knowledge of custom watch assembly, basic timekeeping diagnostics, pressure testing practices, and customer care principles. However, TWBC does not guarantee any specific level of craftsmanship, business ethics, or client satisfaction beyond the completion of our educational criteria.

For Customers Hiring a Certified Builder

Horology Hub, LLC and its affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for the quality, delivery, warranty, or results of any services, products, or transactions conducted between you and any builder certified through TWBC. Certification indicates that a builder has passed an exam and met certain training milestones, but Horology Hub does not supervise or manage their independent operations unless a complaint has been made.

We strongly encourage customers to perform their own due diligence before entering into any agreement or transaction with a certified builder.

For Certified Builders

Certification from TWBC is granted based on assessments and submitted materials at the time of application. It does not serve as a business license or professional guarantee. Certified individuals are solely responsible for the work they produce, any warranties they offer, and their compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including business registration, taxation, and import/export compliance where relevant.

Horology Hub, LLC shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, disputes, or losses arising from the actions, inactions, products, or communications of TWBC-certified individuals or entities.

Use of the TWBC Logo and Branding

The TWBC badge, name, and associated branding may only be used by certified individuals in accordance with our guidelines below. Misuse or unauthorized representation may result in revocation of certification and potential legal action.

TWBC Badge Usage Guidelines

The Trusted Watch Builder Certification (TWBC) badge is a mark of completion and professionalism. Use of this badge is a privilege extended to those who have successfully met the requirements of the certification. To maintain the integrity of the TWBC program, please follow these usage guidelines:

Approved Usage

Certified builders may:

• Display the TWBC badge on their:
• Website (home page, about page, or product listings)
• Social media profiles and posts
• Email signatures
• Business cards or packaging
• Sales listings or watch boxes (if relevant)
• Refer to themselves as:
• “TWBC-Certified Watch Builder”
• “Certified through the Trusted Watch Builder Certification program”
• “Certified by Horology Hub’s TWBC program”

Prohibited Usage

Certified builders may not:

• Alter, crop, recolor, stretch, or overlay other graphics onto the badge
• Use the badge in any misleading context (e.g. implying a guarantee of build perfection)
• Present TWBC as an official government license or imply legal endorsement
• Share their badge or certification number with others for reuse
• Use the badge after certification is revoked or expired (if applicable)

Badge File Requirements

• Always use the official badge file provided upon certification
• If you need a different size or background (white, transparent, etc.), email: support@horologyhub.com
• Minimum display size: 150px wide
• Maintain at least 10px spacing on all sides of the badge

Certification Verification

If you are publicly using the badge, your certification must be verifiable through:

• A listing on TrustedWatchBuilders.com (or official partner sites)
• A visible name or brand matching the certification record

Violations

Improper use of the badge may result in:

• A written warning and request to correct
• Temporary or permanent removal from the public TWBC directory
• Revocation of certification in severe or repeated cases
• Loss (and no refund) of yearly TWBC membership renewal for active status

TWBC Placeholder Page and Updates

When you become certified, you will receive your own webpage on the TWBC website (TrustedWatchBuilders.com) with your website and social media links. If you need any changes once the page is up, a fee of $20 (or more) will be required for any updates.

Copywriting Services Disclaimer

1. No Refunds: Due to the nature of creative services, all sales are final. Horology Hub, LLC does not offer refunds for copywriting services under any circumstances.
2. Revisions: Clients may request up to three revisions within 14 days of receiving the initial copy. Revision requests must be specific and directly related to the original project scope. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur additional fees.
3. Scope of Services: Horology Hub, LLC is committed to delivering content based on the agreed-upon scope. Any requests for substantial changes or additional content outside the initial scope may be subject to additional fees.
4. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for reviewing all materials before final approval. Horology Hub, LLC is not liable for any errors or omissions in the final approved content.
5. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the copy for the intended purpose. Horology Hub, LLC retains the right to use portions of the content for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Timeline: Job is typically delivered within 7-14 days from the date of acceptance or payment of invoice.
7. Liability: By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and understand that Horology Hub, LLC is not liable for outcomes beyond the scope of the agreed-upon deliverables.
8. Plagorism and Copyright: "All content created by Horology Hub, LLC is original and intended solely for the client's use; unauthorized duplication, resale, or misrepresentation as your own work is strictly prohibited."
